Hello, I am having a problem with condensation coming back through both fans ventilation tubing and dripping on the floor, plus it has already caused some damage to the plastering on the ceiling. We have a 12 year old house, and bathroom is approx. 125 sq. ft. with an enclosed toilet, and a5x3 stand alone shower and double sink vanity. The vent tubing is just plastic flexible tubing. It doesn't have a lot of bends in it,it has a running length of about12-15 foot and it extends up to the ventilated roof vents, but does not go through the roofing. I hope this is enough info to give me some advise as to how to solve the problem before the damage gets any worse. Thank You Steve in Ohio
