Question: I purchased (6) windows from Bristol Northeast Windows & Doors in 1988. All of the handles are broken, and need to be replaced. One window is broken, all of this should be under warranty, however I have been unable to locate the company. Do you have any information on this company or its successors?

Builders Websource® Answer: We found a company with the same name at (724) 639-3551 based in Saltsburg, PA operating under the parent company name Winchester Industries. They claim to offer a 50-year transferable warranty. Their web address is: http://www.bristolwindows.com. We suggest that you contact them directly to determine if your existing windows are from the same manufacturer. Sometimes names can be confusingly similar. It's possible you purchased the windows from a Bristol dealer, who may no longer be in business. Please let us know if this is your same brand.
