subpanel run from a 200amp main panelFrom: vjm3631@yahoo.com Category: Select Category From List.... Remote Name: 69.69.136.150 Date: 18 Apr 2006 Time: 09:46 PM
Comments I have a 200 amp service panel that I wish to run a subpanel to my patio. having 5 lines(all 12-2, 20a) which need power, would a 100 amp subpanel be sufficient for this project? and what type of wire should i use to run to main panel? and lastly, does the breaker running from the main panel to the subpanel have to be the same amps? .......................................................................... ok, one more question on another matter for good measure, what wire and breaker should i also consider adding for the future installation of central air?
