I have a 22'X24' block foundation and need size recomendation for an I-beam to span 21' without center support post that would handle 2X10 floor joists for a patio room above, with beam centered to run 12' joists on both sides. Room will be 12'X22' centered between block wall and beam. It will be 2X4 construction with open 2X6 rafter roof/ceiling. Thank you...
