subpanel wiring to a separate building

I have a solar power system using a 4000W inverter feeding a 60amp main (required by the inverter). This main panel is located in a power cabin about 400ft from the house and has 4 circuits of its own. This main is grounded with its own grouding electrode (both DC and AC grounded here). From the main panel a 60amp branch circuit breaker feeds the house panel (a subpanel). This house panel (Murray) can't be converted to a subpanel, meaning the neutral and ground can't be isolated. As I understand the code, in order to get around this I could wire this subpanel bonding the ground to the neutral but NOT connecting the ground wire back to the main(i.e., wire this sub like a main 3-wire feed from the utility). This subpanel (house panel) has its own grounding electrode right below it. I've taken care of any parallel neutral current problem. I'm pretty sure this is kosher put not absolutely sure. Any thoughts? Matt
