I have a customer that removed 2 lally columns in the cellar, thus the house began to sag. I suggested rasing the original beam (of 3 - 2 x 12) to level it, then attaching an LVL beam with 3/4" threaded rods and nuts, 2 every foot to stablelize the beam. I believe the span is approx 12 - 14 ft. Can you tell me what size LVL beam to use? Thank you
