Help me build small bridge cheaply

I live in Central Florida and I am looking for someone to help me figure out how to build a small wooden bridge. I have a new home with a drainage gulley in the front that makes it impossible for me to park my boat beside my house. The trailer will bottom out no matter what fashion I have thought of to park it. I am looking to build a wooden planked bridge approx 8 foot by 12 foot that will support a boat approx weighing 4000 lbs. I intend to back my double axle boat trailer and boat over this bridge. Would like bridge to be supported solely by ground on either side of the 3 foot ditch. No fancy footers or supports. Water must flow freely under bridge in event of hurricane, and must be considered portable if possible (even if that means portable if I drag it behind my 4 wd pickup).
