Hi, I would like to build an elevated deck 20 foot by 16 foot and would like to use two 22 foot garage door lintels supported on each end by 24" concrete block columns with the decking set on 16 foot 2 x 10's on 16" centers as cross bars. The columns and lintels will be rebar reinforced and concrete filled. Will the prestressed concrete support the weight of the deck and what would the capacity of people be? Thank you.
