I doubt that your home was built out of level. Four inches is a lot of drop in a foundation. I would be concerned to the point of having it fixed with some piers. I don't know where you are, but we have companies here that will level your slab and put piers or pilings under it to keep it from moving in the future. The out of plumb situation will likely get worse, and it puts stressful side loads on walls that are intended to have only a top load and some minor side wind loads.
