Paint scratches easily

I primed some old paneling with Kilz original primer. I then painted over it with Sherwin Williams Color accents paint, with satin finish in burgandy, three coats. It has been a very humid summer, and now 4 weeks have gone by since I completed the painting. I have found recently that the paint scratches off easily (my cat scratched some off trying to clim into the window). Is there anything, short of striping the paint and starting over, that can correct this? Could it just be the humidity? What about oil paint over it? Thanks for your help, Cathy
