Dead Weight and Floor Loading

I have read that most modern buildings are built to a 40lb/SQFT weight. I am interested in installing a portable hottub that weighs 1800 lbs when full in a 13'2"X10'10" room. The interior diameter of the tub is 60 inches and will typically have 1.5 ft of water in it. The exterior diameter is 71 inches. Dry tub is 60lbs, lid is 17 lbs and motor is 35 lbs. Motor diameter is 1.5ft. Again manufacturer states the full weight is 1800 lbs and dead weight floor loading is 100 lbs per square foot. Will my floor, a third floor condo, hold the hot tub without any concern? At 40 lbs per square foot the room should hold 6232.22lbs the tub is only 1800 lbs does it matter if its weight distribution is at 100 lbs per square foot if the room can hold 6232.22lbs? Thanks for your advice in this tub installation.
