We have no direct experience with Vulcan Basement Waterproofing. However, they appear to operate under this name in several states, particularly in the Eastern half of the US. As with any potential project, always get multiple bids from local competitors and check with the BBB and/or your state contractor's license board to ensure that the bidders are in good standing with no pending or previous litigation. In addition, get at least three references from your top choices and thoroughly check them out. Finally, get it all in writing. Make sure that your problem is clearly stated and that their solution will remedy your situation, guaranteed. Dealing with basement moisture issues is complex, and may require a combination of drainage work as well as waterproofing. Builders Websource.
