House leveling concerns...

I am considering purchasing a "fixer upper" located in a historical district where I live in Mobile, Alabama. The house is a single story, two bedroom, one bath old home that is raised about 2-3 feet off the ground. However, the bathroom has "sunk" causing unlevel floors in the two rooms on either side of the bathroom. What do you suggest in regards to leveling the floors? Also, what are the typical range of costs associated with a job of this nature? A recent home inspection revealed no structural concerns, but, like I mentioned, the uneven floors are quite obvious. Thank you for any and all input.
