Hot Water Baseboard Heating - Air Removal ProcedureFrom: shottfa@hotmail.com Category: Plumbing Remote Name: 172.157.2.253 Date: 01 Nov 2002 Time: 02:20 PM
CommentsA couple of months ago In the process of remodeling my rec room I changed some of the water supply plumbing. At the time I didn’t think about the fact that I was draining water from the baseboard radiators. Now that the cold weather has come I find that I have air in my baseboard system (also had a bad pressure release valve). I have 3 zones and have been able to get the air out of 2 but am having problems with the third. I would like some direction on what is the correct procedure for getting air out of a baseboard system. I appreciate any help or direction you can provide. Thanks.....
