I'm putting new dry wall up in bathroom, new 3/8" over old drywall due
to wall paper taking off some paper from old dry wall. I want to move a light
fixture 8" over so it will be over the sink. There is no stud to mount the
electrical box to, that is need to mount the light. Do I need to cut a hole and
nail up a 2x4 to mount the box, or is there another type of box that I can use
that will not need to be nailed to a stud or mount?
