I have a dandy BBQ with a rotisserie, side burners, cast grill, etc. I'd like to build it into a chimney type arrangement in the backyard, enclosing the grill in a brick or stone base. I'm afraid of superheating the space and having a serious fire or explosion situation. Is there anyone with experience doing this? Must I have a unit designed for being built in? I've seen units in stores that have only a frame construction, but I don't like the idea of having wood exposed that way.
