We are planning to build a patio out of a patio block or pavers. We plan on putting an above ground pool on part of the patio. My question is what will happen to the patio with all the weight of the water? We plan on placing 3-4" of gravel and 1-2" of sand beneath the pavers. Is a thicker paver better?
