SIPs are gaining acceptance - we're planning to build with them as an
alternative to stick framing, even though they're somewhat more costly; the R
Value makes the difference worth it, we feel. The question is, "'which type
of insulating foam is best?" The choices seem to be polystyrene and
polyurethane. Each producer claims theirs is best. Any recommendations? Is there
a third, superior choice, we don't know of?
