double pane windows

Our home has double pane windows which were installed in 1983 by Nuprime by SeasonAll. We have a couple of broken panes. Of the local window replacement companies we contacted, all said we should contact the manufacturer because the windows are guaranteed for life. I cannot locate this company, either through directory assistance or the Web. Has anyone heard of the company -- NuPrime by SeasonAll? And how can we contact them?
