What's your price range? Are you looking for a CAD (drafting) package that will allow you to create your own framing drawings...or are you looking for something semi-automated? The latter is generally much more expensive and generall plans for a building department must include details that are specific to your particular construction situation (including seismic or wind considerations, etc.). What is the scope of your project?
