Hi, My builder does not do sound control insulation for the interior walls. I asked them if I could do it on my own. They told me that it is possible. But they told me that I should not use Craft Faced insulation. i.e. there should not be any paper on the insulation. Is it true? If so how do I staple the insulation on to the studs.

Your help is greatly appreciated.

Thank you Saji
